Welcome to your first step towards achieving a better balance in your life. My goal as a business advisor is to help you take your business to the next level and provide a more profitable result. My role is to work alongside owners and their team in a longer term relationship to raise the level of their performance and help the company realize its full potential while taking some of the burden off the owner in the process.  I want to find and support business owners in the Indianapolis area who are committed to making a change to better achieve their goals and restore balance in their life. I have over 30 years of experience working for large and small companies in five different industries. I have over 16 years of experience in operations including manufacturing and supply chain management for a $3.2B division of a computer firm. Most recently I have run a $30M Medical Device company as well as a $10M assembly and distribution operation, building both from the ground up.

I became a small business advisor because I am passionate about applying this knowledge to other businesses like yours, helping you to achieve your goals.

Additionally, I have been certified as a small business advisor by the Organization for Entrepreneurial Development. OED provides me additional resources and a proven track record and process for working with entrepreneurs to make them more successful.
